If you choose to pay by bank transfer (ACH), Stripe (and its service providers, such as Plaid) may collect your bank account and routing information solely to verify your account and process the payment. We only receive confirmation that a payment was made, not your full account details.
  • Communications. If you contact us by phone, text, or email, we may keep a record of that communication to provide service and follow up with you.


How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule and perform electrical services you request
  • Send estimates, invoices, and payment confirmations

  • Process payments securely through Stripe

  • Stripe, to process card and bank transfer (ACH) payments

We retain customer and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.


Your Choices

You can ask us to correct inaccurate contact information, or to stop receiving non-essential text or email notifications, at any time by contacting us using the information below. Some communications (such as invoices for services already performed) may still be sent as required for billing purposes.


Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, and we rely on Stripe's PCI-compliant systems to handle payment data rather than storing it ourselves.


Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
